The International Store Opening Coordinator is the MANGO representative who is sent to corporates or franchises’ new stores in order to train, supervise and support the opening.

His/her first task is to ensure that after his/her visit, the store understands the various aspects of global organization of a Mango store such as team management, product management, image and maintenance, visual merchandising and customer service.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • To help building up the store and preparing it for the opening, this starts at receiving the product, organizing the stockroom and placing the merchandise in the store.
  • To train the new managers as well as all other members of the team in all different tasks and areas in the store: team leading, product controlling, admin work, merchandising, image standards, etc.
  • To support supervisors and coordinators with all their needs, in their own stores as well as franchise stores.

The candidate should ideally have 1 year experience in the fashion retail as well as an excellent level of English and French.

The candidate should be flexible and available to travel worldwide and be based in Barcelona.
